What happens after I submit my application?

After the closing date of the position, applications are reviewed and screened by the Human Resources department. Some positions may require pre-employment testing prior to a referral being made to the department. After screening by Human Resources, the best-qualified candidates are referred to the hiring department to be brought through the first step in the recruitment process. Candidates referred to the hiring department will be notified via email by Human Resources.
